Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of automatebarbers.com and the services sold under the AutomateBarbers brand by Mosaiq AI LLC ("we", "us"). By using the site or buying a service you agree to them.

Demo websites

Demo websites are built from public information about your shop and are shown only to you as a preview. They are not published to search engines. If you do not buy, we take the demo down on request or after it expires.

Website + booking plan

• The plan is $500 one time to build the site and $50 per month after that, unless a written quote says otherwise.
• The monthly fee covers hosting, security, the booking page and reasonable small edits. Unlimited changes are included during the first month.
• The plan runs month to month. Cancel any time with 30 days notice. Setup fees are not refundable once the site is live.
• Add-on services (ads, lead generation, SEO, AI receptionist) are quoted separately. Ad spend is paid by you and is not included in our fees.

Your content and your domain

You own your shop name, logo, photos and domain. You give us permission to use the content you provide to build and run your site. If you cancel, we help you move your domain.

No guarantees on results

We work hard to get you found and booked, but we cannot promise specific rankings, bookings or revenue. Search engines and ad platforms set their own rules.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state where Mosaiq AI LLC is organized, without regard to conflict of law rules.
